Creating a Wedding Outline based on your Dream Day

Weddings / 02.21.23

A “Day of” timeline is a very important detail. One that should be shared with all of your vendors and your bridal party to keep things flowing. But it should also be something that is flexible. Your day shouldn’t have the added stress of a strict timeline. Instead it should be used as a guideline. There will always be unexpected things that come up on that day, a lot of them being really exciting things, such as an unexpected visitor in the park that you want photos with, or a surprise gift from a family member that deserves every ounce of your attention.

When planning out your Wedding Day, take time to think about your perfect celebration. What does it look like? Maybe a long dinner, featuring a stations menu, giving your guests plenty of time to make their way around different themed stations. Or do you want the dinner to go quickly giving your guests more time on the dance floor? Maybe the toasts or the welcoming from the Father of The Bride are super important but the traditional cake cutting not so much.

The great thing about getting married right now is THERE ARE NO RULES! You can design your day to fit your dream wedding and it all works.

Here is an example outline:
