Brent and Lindsay were great to work with, were patient with me, and went above and beyond in getting answers to my requests. Instead of just answering "No, it can't be done, it's not our policy," they offered to check with the upper management. I so much appreciated this, even if some of the answers still came back "no". As I told the girls, "I can't be told "no" unless I ask the question or make a request". Chuck, I feel you have a great team surrounding you, (everyone that I came into contact with) and your company is still #1 in my book! Thank you so much. Tiffany and the staff that worked my party went above and beyond, too. I wasn't aware of, didn't think to ask, so it was my mistake regarding the "little appetizer plates" and the silverware issue. I realized after serving started that the plates were small. I asked Tiffany for bigger plates and for forks to be put out on the buffet and it was done immediately. She was on top of everything that was going on. (Explanation here: there was a fork & napkin at each place/seat but, once a person finished the early appetizer, their fork was dirty and nothing to lay it on so they were sending it back when their plate was picked up. Thus, forks had to be added on the buffet line to cover this.) Thank you again Tif, and also to your co workers, for being so concerned that it was the way I wanted it!
