Planning was absolutely seamless! I was very detailed and thorough in what I was looking for and Brent and the McHales team made my "vision" perfect!
In talking to people after the event, I had absolutely no idea of some of the things that the staff did, going absolutely above and beyond to meet the needs of all of our guests, including those that did not RSVP. I was never asked a question the entire night and that took so much stress off of me the day of because I knew it was all handled.
Being a bride I cannot tell you how amazing it was to have the entire venue set up, just the way I wanted it when I walked in the door. Other venues around town require that the bride/family etc. is responsible for all set up and clean up. I was able to make the necessary preparations before our event to ensure that it was all going to be set up how we wanted it, with no questions asked and not having a single thing to worry about day of was perfect. My only suggestion would be that the bathroom on the main entrance floor be kept open and unlocked during the event. This could be a reserved bathroom for the bride, as we had a very large guest count and once the dance floor opened up and everyone from the balcony came downstairs, I often had to wait for guests to exit the stalls before I could get in there. If the downstairs one was reserved for bride, groom and bridal party only, this could have alleviated some of this waiting. But other than that I have absolutely no suggestions! The food being packed up the night of for us to eat at our hotel room was the perfect ending to an already AMAZING night!
