Chuck, I want to thank the McHale’s team for doing an OUTSTANDING job with the Hehemann reception! From the initial conversation Holly had with Megan and yourself, to the tasting, to the details meeting and throughout the event, there was nothing but professionalism, knowledge, proficiency and talent. I knew with your team’s organization and skill we would master this event and we did! I would always take McHale’s to the trenches with me! While we always strive to treat each customer with the best service possible, we knew this customer would be watching for details that our average customer would not notice. I can’t think of one thing, from my perspective that I would have changed. Key Points that were achieved:
ALL DETAILS ACCOMPLISHED
No lines at the bar
Servers knowledgeable of what they were passing
Food was served in a very timely matter, with great plate appeal and taste!
Team members were very proactive!
Team members observant of table appearance.
I hate to point out certain people, because it took the whole team to accomplish this, but I want to make sure and recognize the following team members who were so key in this accomplishment: Megan, Phyllis, the Culinary team, Millie, and a special thanks to Lisa for making sure their desserts were perfect!
