Family Style Dinner
Weddings are a time for family, so why not go family-style? Large platters of food are brought to each table to be shared among each guest.

Appetizers

Menu includes the following:
  • Display of Fresh Fruit
  • Assorted Cheeses
  • Smoked Meats and Crackers
  • Chef's Choice of Four Assorted Hors d'oeuvres
    Passed to your guests as they arrive

Breads

  • Fresh Baked Dinner Rolls served with Cinnamon Honey Butter

Salads

Your choice of one plate-served salad:
  • Signature Salad
    Bed of mixed greens, fresh tomatoes, julienne red onions, crumbled feta cheese and basil-balsamic vinaigrette
  • Spinning Salad
    Fresh mixed greens, chopped eggs, parmesan cheese, croutons and a creamy house dressing
  • Caesar Salad
    Romaine lettuce, black olives, parmesan cheese, croutons and Caesar dressing
  • Strawberry Fields
    Mixed field greens, hearts of romaine, sliced strawberries, crumbled feta cheese, candied walnuts drizzled with a raspberry vinaigrette

Accompaniments

Your choice of one accompaniment:
  • Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
    Whipped Potatoes with a blend of Garlic and Butter
  • Rosemary Quartered Potatoes
    New Red and Yukon Gold Potatoes seasoned with a hint of Rosemary and other Herbs
  • Parmesan Potato Duchess Rosette
    Potatoes whipped with Egg Yolk and Parmesan Cheese piped in circles and browned in the oven
  • Wild Rice Blend with Butter and Herbs
    Steamed Long Grain Wild and White Rice infused with a blend of Aromatic Spices

Vegetable Dishes

Your choice of one vegetable dish:
  • Sautéed French Green Beans with Toasted Almonds 
    French Green Beans Sautéed in Olive Oil, salt, pepper and tossed with Toasted Sliced Almonds
  • Pan Seared Garden Vegetables
    Fresh Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Red Onion, Red Bell Pepper and Carrots seasoned with Butter, Garlic and Fresh Herbs
  • Seasoned Steamed Vegetable Medley
    A blend of fresh Cauliflower, Baby Carrots and Broccoli Florets tossed in a Seasoned Butter
  • Steamed Asparagus
    Baby Asparagus steamed to al dente and brushed with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Seasonings

Entrées

Your choice of one entrée:
  • Stuffed Flank Steak Roulade
     With Spinach and Ciabatta
  • Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin
    Served with Plum Walnut Chutney
  • Home Baked Glazed Ham
  • Tuscan Chicken
    Topped with Tomato, Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese
  • Sun-Dried Tomato and Feta Stuffed Chicken Breast
     Topped with a Tomato Alfredo Sauce

  • Spinach and Gruyere Stuffed Chicken Breast

Our menu packages are based on years of experience, however you may customize any of our menus to include whatever you wish! Have a favorite dish you want your guests to experience? Let us know and we will happily work up a menu and price for you.


Any Cuisine

We have created sushi bars, themed dinners, tapas plates, pig roasts, even a 12 course Asian inspired dinner with live lobster. We love a challenge!

Vegan or Gluten Free?

Not a problem.  Our chefs will happily create vegetarian or gluten free entrees for your guests. Whether it is just for one or two guests, or for your entire reception.  And we promise it will be delicious!
